JLEC have completed a prestigious Grade A office refubishment in the centre of Leeds. Working closley with the main contractor, landlord and client.
Strip out Old boxed modular fittings New distribution boards
New distribution was required and upgrades from the distribution network operator (DNO).
A full new LED lighting scheme was designed and implemented along with emergency lighting

A full new underfloor busbar system was installed to supply the desks with suitable power coupled with under desk power & data distribution modules makes for an extremly neat solution
A new cat5e structured cable installtion was installed by us

A brand new L1 fire alarm system was designed, installed and commissioned not to metion a new Intruder alarm system throughout. A temporary fire alarm was also set up whilst the building works were under way

We also installed a new access control system throughout the office space and commissioned on to the PC based Net2 system

A Rointe electric heating system was designed and installed in all common areas and WC's
Dyson Air Blades were installed within all WC's.
The reception lighting was carefully designed and installed. RGBW lighting running around the perimeter to give corporate colours
